WARRANTY POLICY

  1. Warranty Coverage:  Roxd Sterling Silver & more (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides a sixty day limited warranty for sterling silver jewelry (hereinafter referred to as “the Product”).  This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care conditions.
  2. Duration of Warranty:  The sixty-day warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the Product.
  3. Coverage Details:  This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, such as loose stones, broken clasps or manufacturing defects.  The Company reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any Product that qualifies for warranty service.
  4. Sixty Day Warranty Exclusions:  This warranty does not cover:
      • Sale Items: The Warranty on Sale Items is 21 days.
      • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence or improper care.
      • Normal wear and tear, tarnishing or changes in the appearance of the Product over time.
      • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications.
      • Loss or theft of the Product.
  5. Maintenance Requirements: To maintain the validity of this warranty, the following maintenance requirements must be met:
    • The Product must be cared for according to the proper care instructions of Sterling Silver Jewelry.
    • Any repairs or maintenance performed on the Product must be conducted by authorized Company personnel or service centres.

  1. Repair or Replacement:  Upon receiving the Product for warranty evaluation, the Company will assess whether it qualifies for repair or replacement under warranty terms.  If deemed eligible, the Company will either repair or replace the Product as necessary.
  2. Shipping Costs:  The cost of shipping the Product to the Company for warranty service is the responsibility of the customer.  The Company will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced Products.
